Go Brent Broker / Owner Liz Brent has worked full-time in real estate since 1994. Liz built her business, founded on enduring client relationships, through conscientious and attentive work. From independent agent to Go Brent Team Leader within another brokerage to the independent brokerage Go Brent, Inc., her team of outstanding agents and dedicated support staff has grown to meet the ever-changing challenges of real estate. As the practice of real estate has grown ever more complex and the needs of buyers and sellers have demanded a higher level of agent specialization, service, support, and marketing savvy, Liz and her team have continued to put her clients first. While doing so, Liz has always looked to serve outside of her own real estate business. She served on the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors (GCAAR) Board of Directors as well as the GCAAR Contracts & Clauses Committee, which helped hone her strong command of contractual issues. She regularly works with individual homeowners, neighborhood groups, and civic associations to provide guidance and counsel regarding the local real estate market and community matters. Liz feels strongly about the need to give back to the Silver Spring community she has lived in for 22 years. In 2017, she founded Silver Spring Cares, a non-profit organization with the goal of connecting the needs of local non-profits with the resources of Silver Spring residents. Liz is the Principal Broker in both Maryland and Washington, D.C.
